Full house refurbishment, extension and loft conversion creates a forever home
We were appointed to maximise the potential of this much love semi-detached family house in Kingston, and turn it into a forever home for its current owners. By reconfiguring the ground floor and creating a much-needed connection to a newly designed and integrated courtyard garden, this house has been given a new lease of life.
By submitting a combination of permitted development and planning applications we were able to both extend on the ground floor, and convert and extend the loft space, adding a master bedroom suite to the top floor. With the addition of large format rooflights flooding the middle of the house with natural daylight, the house has been transformed into a calm oasis which will continue to be enjoyed in the years to come.
